Ghana’s leading Hair and cosmetics wholesale and retail outlet and proud sponsor of the 2017 Rush Ghana DJ Awards, Xtra Five, has added value to the Best Female DJ of the Year and Best Female Radio DJ of the Year awards with a beauty care prize package worth Ghc5,000 to winners DJ Ohemaa Woyegye and DJ Nyce.
At the presentation of the first of four instalments which would be presented quarterly at the main office of Xtra Five Hair and Cosmetics Center located at Haatso in Accra, Ohemaa Woyegye and DJ Nyce who won Best Female Radio DJ of the Year and Best Female DJ of the Year respectively expressed gratitude to Merqury Republic and Xtra Five for elevating the image of Disc Jockeying in Africa through recognition and rewards for excellence.
In a speech after the short special presentation ceremony, CEO of Xtra Five Cosmetics and Hair, Mr Jerry Andoh congratulated the winners and expressed satisfaction on their partnership with the Ghana DJ Awards. “We have had a very cordial relationship with the organizers of the Rush Ghana DJ Awards and we believe this partnership will last through the coming years”, he added.
At the 5th Annual Ghana DJ Awards held at the Silver Star Tower on May 6, Xtra Five Hair and Cosmetics provided free makeup for tens of ladies to enhance their beauty.
