The Guinness Ghana DJ Awards 2025 official launch Set for 12th July

The official launch of the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards 2025 will take place on Saturday, 12th July at Luna, Airport City, Accra, starting at 7pm.

The launch event promises an evening of top music, networking, and a first look at what’s in store for this year’s awards. The Guinness Ghana DJ Awards shine a spotlight on the country’s most talented DJs, recognising their creativity and the vital role they play in Ghana’s vibrant music scene.

Creative Director Merqury Quaye says this year’s launch will set the tone for an exciting season;
“I am so looking forward to it, and I think this year, DJs have really put in a lot of work and the DJ culture is really looking good,” he said. He added that there will be plenty of prizes and new talent discoveries during the campaign.

Sponsored by Guinness Ghana, the nation’s leading beverage company, and powered by Smirnoff. The July 12 launch is just the beginning, with a packed calendar of events leading up to the main awards night on 29th November at the Palms Convention Center.

Key activities include Pub Fest, the Ladies Concert, and the Nominees Jam, as well as the “Road to Guinness Ghana DJ Awards” TV series on Joy Prime. There will also be a nationwide tour and the Ghana DJ Clinic, offering valuable training and insights for DJs and industry professionals.
